Field Introduction for New Members

All new members joining after a Beginners Course MUST complete the Target Induction Process BEFORE starting the Field Sign Off Process

Your first few times around the field course, you'll need to be accompanied by an experienced field member. There is a Field Sign Off List of archers that can sign for accompanied rounds for the Field Sign-off process, are more than happy to take new members around, and are available at various times throughout the week.

Their contact details to get in touch and arrange a suitable time can be found here on the Field Sign Off List.

Once you have completed sufficient signed rounds, you can then shoot around the field course unaccompanied. If no one from the Field Sign-off list is available to take you round then, except for your first Round, you may be accompanied by another club member who has been signed off for more than six months. However they may not sign for any of your rounds.
